Not necessarily on the same day each week, or if you miss a week you can double up the following week etc. Chen Tai Chi Basics Course – start with a foundation course , here you can learn the basics of tai chi principles, chi kung exercise and the short form of Chen style Tai Chi. The perfect start to the evening. Basic Tai Chi forms in easy to follow weekly classes. Tai Chi Forms Course – People from the first group can then, by invitation and prior discussion with the instructor, progress to the Tai Chi forms class. Topics for the forms groups vary, but include long form, weapons forms, and partner work. Premium
Courses – Six week step-by-step “Guide to” courses
on a number of Tai Chi topics. These offer you more detailed instruction in a
small group on specialized areas of Tai Chi. Our MAIN term based courses (above)
cover warm up, silk reeling, standing and tai chi form, these are essential
training. The PREMIUM courses take you into new areas.
